Volunteer Perks: 1 catered meal (lunch or dinner), 1 event T-shirt, 1 free event pass, refreshments during your shift, and VIP parking. Volunteer for 3 shifts and get 2 meal tickets.
Volunteer Roles:
1. Gate Greeter: This is a standing position. Responsibilities include greeting community members, scanning pre-purchased tickets using provided EventHub equipment, and handing out wristbands. 16+
2. Box Office Support: This is a seated role. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, supporting ticket sales using provided EventHub equipment, managing cash box, and issuing wristbands. Because of the nature of this role, a valid ID is required to be held during your shift.

3. Support Lead: Responsibilities include checking on Gate 1 and Gate 2 Greeters and Box Office Volunteers and welcoming volunteers and guests. The Support Lead may need to jump into a role to relieve someone who needs a break or support the event if there are no shows. They may also need to deliver messages or materials. A personal phone is not required for this job, but having one is encouraged to help with communication. 18+
* All Volunteers are required to watch a short orientation video that will be sent to you before volunteering
Shift Duration: 2.5 hours
Friday, Nov. 7: 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM & 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday, Nov. 8: 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM, 12:30 PM – 3:00 PM , 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM, 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM, 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Sunday, Nov. 9: 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM, 12:30 PM – 3:00 PM, 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM, 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM
